Popular Posts, Proudest Achievements & Being Grateful for the Simple Things

I started the Little Ladybird blog just under 12 months ago, and although I don't write on here as much as I would like, I've had a fun year with you and know that I have some more ideas to share during 2013! Writing a blog helps to keep me focused on what I am doing and what direction I would like to head in next. And probably the thing I have enjoyed the most is taking my own photos (even having some of them featured on Craftgawker).

As we head into the New Year, I'm taking a moment to look back on what has happened over here at Little Ladybird. In this post you will find my cutest customers, best custom designs, most popular posts, most pinned photos and proudest achievements! Click on the images to take you to it all :)

But before you do that, here are my top two reads from the past year.... Zen Habits & Hands Free Mama. These two blogs are a must to check out! Both writers have inspired me to let go of the clutter in my life and to put energy into the simpler things. Being grateful for the simple things in my life is the greatest gift I can give to myself and to teach my children.

Now back to the highlights here at Little Ladybird from the past 12 months.

Proudest Achievement. Making dresses for a charity called Dress A Girl Around The World. I hadn't sewn any clothing before making these, but Threading My Way taught me how.

  1. Tash-I love your projects! I'm impressed you have been featured on Craftgawker. I have tried but I've been rejected three times. Any suggestions? Love the wedding dress post.

  8. Hi Tash,
I found you from your Mom's blog. I've been following her and enjoying her sewing for sometime, but didn't know about your blog until she featured you adorable DIY playmat this week. Love it! I'm so happy to follow your blog now too. You have some great ideas, a sweet looking family, and beautiful photos! I look forward to more.
