Chocolate Snowballs. No Cooking - 3 Ingredients

Here is a recipe that is very quick, tastes great and actually doesn't require you to turn the oven on (big ticks from me on that account). I can't remember where I got the recipe from, but I have been making this with my friends since I was in high school.

You need 3 ingredients - 1 box of chocolate tiny teddy biscuits, 1 can of sweet condensed milk, 1 cup of coconut (plus a bit extra for covering).

Crush biscuits in the blender, mix in a bowl with 1 cup of coconut.

Pour in the tin of sweet condensed milk, and mix together. Roll into balls, sprinkle and cover with the extra coconut. Place in the fridge to set for 1 hour or more.

Enjoy as a small bite to eat or serve with fruit as a dessert platter at your next special occasion!

  1. I've got to try this! Chocolate and coconut... bliss. One question; we don't have tiny teddy biscuits in Ireland. What weight was the packet if biscuits?

  2. This looks incredible! I love simple easy things that taste great... like my Chinese Donuts- those were a huge hit with the in laws this weekend and are ridiculously simple! Would love for you to link up:

  10. Haha, I am one of those, I HATE the texture of coconut! I like coconut-flavored things but coconut itself is nooo good. However, being in the minority, it's still good to have recipes on-hand that I don't necessarily want to eat a whole batch of. ;) I am also domestically challenged, so easy is the way to go!

Found your blog at the Linky hop, following you now! Come on by Happy Hour Projects and say hello. If you come after 5:00 EST, I also invite you to link up to my Freestyle Friday link party, this would be a great addition!
